This is what some of our previous delegates have said:
"I approached CHaRM because I needed to find my feet as a brand new manager. I already had excellent first hand experience of working with them and this seemed like an ideal course to get me started. The result was even better than I'd hoped! Small groups of 4-5 students and coursework tailored to my current role meant that I was able to apply new knowledge in a practical way immediately. It feels like a bespoke course just for you. I found the experience transformative; in terms of knowledge, understanding and confidence I've grown massively over the duration. I couldn't recommend the ILM Level 3 course run by CHaRM more. I'd do it again if I was allowed!"
"I just wanted to drop you a quick email thanking you all for the ILM 3 course. This was starting from the moment I enquired about the course right through to the run up to the course beginning. The fact that there was only a small group on the course benefitted me massively as it gave me that one-to-one interaction with Sue and without that I believe I would have struggled. Sue's feedback and the time she spent with me was invaluable and I really appreciate that. All the staff that I came across on my sessions were all very friendly and a credit to your business. Again, thanks for everything."

The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management aims to further develop the skills and experience of more experienced middle managers and department heads. The programme helps this group of managers to further develop their capability and prepare for senior management positions. Participants will have the opportunity to focus on external organisational factors as well as developing their ability to run all the internal elements of an organisation.
There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be either practising or potential middle managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demand.
The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management aims to give practising or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic management skills and assisting delegates to gain the basic knowledge required by a manager. This qualification broadens skills and knowledge in a flexible and practical way, including topics such as problem solving and decision making, planning and allocating work, giving briefings and presentations, managing performance, and how to establish an effective team.
There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be either practising or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demand.
"Just wanted to say 'thank you' for your help, support, guidance and great friendship during my course and tough time at work. It has been very much appreciated more than you know."
