CHaRM's Advanced Management Driving Licence

CHaRM's Advanced Management Driving Licence is designed to further develop the skills and knowledge of middle managers and department heads who have more experience of management. The programme helps this group of managers to further develop their capability and prepare for senior management positions. Participants will have the opportunity to focus on external organisational factors as well as developing their ability to run all the internal elements of an organisation. This programme is designed to encourage strategic thinking among managers, with the aim of achieving continual business improvement.

We use a range of learning solutions to deliver the programme, which include face to face sessions (virtually and/or in person) and tutorials, webinars, coaching, real life case studies and scenarios, personal assessment and development tools, workbooks to embed the learning and a variety of different activities and projects so that learning can be easily related back to real life, which ensures a good transfer of learning to the workplace. Our learning content includes:
