CHaRM's Management Driving Licence

CHaRM's Management Driving Licence is designed for new managers, usually first line managers, and gives them a foundation for their development in this role. The programme does this by developing basic management skills and assisting participants to gain the basic knowledge required by a manager. Delivered in either small groups or on a one-to-one basis, this qualification broadens skills and knowledge in a flexible and practical way. 

Delivered to Level 3 Certificate standard, participants can choose from a range of modules to suit their particular development needs and to best support them in their role. There will be a short Induction to the programme, with individual support provided outside of each module should it be required.

We use a range of learning solutions to deliver the content, which include face to face sessions and tutorials, webinars, coaching, real life case studies and scenarios, personal assessment and development tools, workbooks to embed the learning and a variety of different activities and projects so that learning can be easily related back to real life, which ensures a good transfer of learning to the workplace.
