CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development
It is widely recognised that the CIPD Learning and Development qualification is ideal for getting the edge in your career and developing professional knowledge and skills. If you're serious about your career and want to be the best L&D professional that you possibly can be, come and learn from the people that do L&D for a living. Learning with CHaRM will enable you to shine and differentiate yourself from others in the field.
CHaRM offers a high level of tutor input and the networking to develop learning relationships with other professionals. At a previous standards assessment by the CIPD, the feedback received was that we have a high level of resources and support to offer students, both in terms of tutor support and practical resources, better in fact than many academic institutions. We were also praised for our commitment to recognising the Certificate in Learning and Development as a distinct and important qualification for professionals in that field. Our latest External Quality Assessor said that our student feedback was the best she had ever heard!
Our next CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development begins in January 2021 and will include the following modules:
- Learning and Development and the Organisation
- Identifying Learning and Development Needs
- Evaluating Learning and Development Activities
- Designing Learning and Development Activities
- Becoming an Effective L&D practitioner
- Delivering Learning and Development Activities.
The Certificate is taught flexibly in a virtual classroom envionment, to suit your own needs and to allow time for the skills and knowledge learnt to be transferred to the workplace. This flexible programme also ensures that you are able to complete the assignment for each module before moving onto the next. The virtual classroom environment limits the amount of time you need to spend away from work but has all the benefits of being able to focus on learning in an interactive environment.
The fee for the Certificate is £2394.00. The programme starts with a short induction and before the course begins a full diagnostic interview will be undertaken with you to ensure that you can be supported in whatever way you need. Tutorials are provided during the course, both on a one-to-one basis and in groups, where any problems or difficulties you are experiencing with workload or assessments can be addressed and any support required can be put in place.
Previous student feedback includes:
