Designed for both first line and more senior managers, Conducting Effective Appraisals will develop your appraisal and performance management skills to enable you to effectively manage performance, not only through the appraisal process but also on an on-going day to day basis. Conducting Effective Appraisals can be delivered via a one-to-one coaching session or a one-day workshop if you have more managers that you would like to benefit from development in conducting appraisals. The subject matter can be developed to meet your own organisational specific needs if you wish the course to be delivered in-house, just for your organisation.
