Interview / Investigation Skills for Managers
We have a number of different solutions to develop interview and/or investigation skills for Managers, from one-day interactive workshops, to a two-day assessed Development Award or bespoke courses designed to meet client needs. Whichever option you choose our training is designed to give managers the skills and knowledge to effectively conduct a range of interviews, covering all types of interviews from a grievance to a disciplinary or dismissal interview, recruitment and selection interviews, and investigation/fact finding interviews such as H&S investigations and any other interview where the facts of the situation need to be clearly determined before any action is taken or a decision made.
