This Talent Development Programme from CHaRM is a personal journey of growth that supports senior people and top performers to develop their leadership and strategic skills. Support is participant led and is provided flexibly via mentoring and coaching that enables participants to further develop their skills and abilities, both personally and professionally. A number of activities are offered to support the mentoring and coaching, such as personality profiling, self-assessment opportunities and facilitated feedback from others. We mentor and coach participants while they are working through real-life projects and challenges which enables them to deliver added value to the business by contributing enhanced problem-solving and decision-making skills that resolve business challenges or develop new ways of working.
