This is a bitesize virtual training session for new team leaders and managers who are new to managing budgets or reporting on financial activities. This session will enable participants to:
- Understand the key financial terms used in business
- Recognise the difference between profit and cash
- Understand the benefits of budgeting and use this within your own departments
- Be more confident when discussing financial information.
The Webinar will begin at 11:30 and finish at 13:00 and is supported by additional learning information available through our student portal.
This virtual training session is available to participants of our Talent Club, or it is available as a one-off session.
